Carspotters' Challenge #59--A Lot To Look At

This week we're somewhere in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Note the accessory cat on the Jeep.

The red car in the bottom left corner looks to me like an Opel Manta A.

I didnt know it was sold in the US:

The kitty cat on the Jeep CJ7's roof reminds me of what my neighbor's kitty does every night on the Miata.

BTW, that Jeep looks great in brown and tan, IMO.

That's a Chevy 1 1/2 ton delivery van in the upper right, next to the tree. Spent a year-and-a-half driving one of those right out of high school, 1979-1980.

I think it's a CJ-5, not a 7. Sevens have a square door, 5s have the "hump" on the trailing edge.
It has the Renegade option package with the tan "levis" top and seats. I had a 77 CJ-5 Renegade with blue top/sats...great truck.

Nice to see Mopar well represented. 2 Plymouth Dusters, a '71 Plymouth Fury and a '73 Dodge Charger. I also see a VW Bug peeking around the corner of the Chevy 1 1/2 ton van.

The cat on the roof of the CJ (as noted by Chuck) is cool. Nice Mopars in this photo.

That Opel and Fiesta are both calling my name.

Like the blue Mustang II behind the Chevy truck.
