SEMA Show 2011
Last week the Amazon Automotive team traveled to the SEMA and AAPEX Shows in Las Vegas. The second biggest show in Las Vegas had something for all car, truck, and general automotive lovers. We snapped some pictures while there and these are some of our favorites:
The Hot Wheels Chevrolet Camaro Concept
The Hot Wheels 2012 Ford Fiesta SES
The Matchbox Brush Truck 2011 Ford F-350 XLT Crew Cab
The Silver Fox 1965 Ford Mustang
There are 90 more pictures posted on Amazon Automotive's Facebook page. Which one is your favorite?

My faves:
-- 1967 Cosmo Sport
-- 1968 Vista Cruiser, though a bit tricked out for my tastes
-- Chevy Carlisle Blue Grand Sport Concept
-- Whatever that one Pontiac thing is (no caption)
I also really like the color of that '64 Corvette, one of my favorite colors from that time.
I guess I'm not all that into heavily modified cars, although occasionally someone does something really neat that I like.

The silver Mustang with the head rests got my attention.
The Cosmo was right behind that.
I think the Pontiac thing is called a Fauxbird.

The one that got my attention was the '69 Vista Cruiser.
Should I be concerned?

Cookie's owner...
No, trust your feelings.
Wagons are hot and arguably the hottest of them are the Olds Vista Cruisers. Stock or custom, they're great.
Buy now and avoid the rush.

I love that there were life-sized Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars. How cool is that. But there was also the Scion iQ cars, which by contrast, were almost toy-sized. Circle of life, I guess. Here's a pretty hot video that recaps the whole SEMA Show extravaganza. Pretty good thumbnail view, I s'pose: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93JBAfuGQes&feature=channel_video_title
